Levity Cancellation Policy

During booking: you will be asked to put a debit or credit card on file. You are NOT being charged. This is simply a card on file to go along with our cancellation policy. If you plan to pay with a membership, package, or gift card you will still need to input a debit or credit card card on file, and you can pay however you would like when you come in.

We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy; If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, per service, to the card on file with us.

At Levity we value the time of our practitioners and guests. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled service with no communication, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

SAUNA NO SHOW: $30 FEE WILL APPLY

Should you decide in the middle of a service or right before beginning multiple services that you no longer want to proceed, you WILL BE CHARGED at least 50%, if not the full amount. Call us with any questions or concerns.
