Service is by appointment only!

During booking: you will be asked to put a debit or credit card on file. You are NOT being charged. This is simply a card on file to go along with our cancellation policy. If you plan to pay with a membership, package, or gift card you will still need to input a debit or credit card card on file, and you can pay however you would like when you come in.

LEVITY CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy; If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, per service, to the card on file with us.

A NO CALL/NO SHOW for a float and/or massage appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service total. If there is no card on file and you have a package, we will deduct it from that package. If you are not here at your scheduled time and we have to reach out to you, that is considered a NO-SHOW

SAUNA NO-SHOW: $30 FEE WILL APPLY

Should you decide in the middle of a service or right before beginning multiple services that you no longer want to proceed, you WILL BE CHARGED at least 50%, if not the full amount. Call us with any questions or concerns.

GIFT CARD EXPIRATION: Our gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date. There are no exceptions to this. If you are unable to use it, you are more than welcome to gift it to someone else to use before the expiration date.
