
Service is by appointment only!
During booking: you will be asked to put a debit or credit card on file. You are NOT being charged. This is simply a card on file to go along with our cancellation policy. If you plan to pay with a membership, package, or gift card you will still need to input a debit or credit card card on file, and you can pay however you would like when you come in. ** WHEN BOOKING - DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL OR TEXT US AS WE MAY HAVE MORE OPENINGS THAN IT’S SHOWING (520.339.6674)
LEVITY CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy; If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, per service, to the card on file.
A NO CALL/NO SHOW for a float and/or massage appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service total. If there is no card on file and you have a package, we will deduct it from that package. If you are not here at your scheduled time and we have to reach out to you, that is considered a NO-SHOW
SAUNA NO-SHOW: $30 FEE WILL APPLY
Should you decide in the middle of a service or right before beginning multiple services that you no longer want to proceed, you WILL BE CHARGED at least 50%, if not the full amount. Call us with any questions or concerns.
