These services may qualify when prescribed as part of a treatment plan for conditions such as:
• Stress and anxiety
• Chronic pain
• Sleep issues
• Muscle recovery
• Nervous system regulation
How It Works
If your healthcare provider determines that these services are medically necessary, you may be able to:
Use your HSA/FSA card, or
Submit your receipt for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator
Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed healthcare provider.
